Create and Submit a Report
The Office of the Chancellor has created an online reporting form that is to be used to report on each IPESL project (one report for each prospectus). Each college and university chief academic officer (or designee) is required to submit online interim and final reports on this Web site for each IPESL prospectus.

The interim report, due February 26, 2007, was completed by recording a description of the project and its status. After the description and status have been entered, a project control number is created. Using the project control number, the college CAO (or designee) can record additional information, revisit, edit, print, email, and, finally (but once only) submit a report.

The final report, due October 31, 2007, builds on the interim report, and must include full information about the goals, strategies and outcomes of the project, as well as dissemination and sustainability plans.

NOTE: The online form may only be accessed at computers on Minnesota State Colleges and Universities campuses.

Read Reports
The online database of reports submitted can be reviewed in its entirety, or by college. After selecting a list of projects, read about any individual project by clicking its title. Most reports describe completed projects, but a few have been prepared by faculty while projects are in progress.
